Terms of Service
Terms governing access to Nobody Market Terminal and use of its information tools.
1.Nature of the service
Nobody Market Terminal (NMT) is a financial information and analysis tool. NMT is not an investment-services provider, financial adviser, portfolio manager or entity authorized by the AMF or another financial regulator. It does not provide personalized investment recommendations.
2.Accounts and access
Access may depend on private-beta approval, an active entitlement or a future subscription. Users are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting their credentials, sessions and connected wallet. Access codes, tokens and credentials must not be shared or exposed.
3.Data accuracy and availability
Market and economic data come from third-party or public sources. Coverage, delay, revision schedules and availability differ by source. NMT does not guarantee that data is complete, error-free or real-time. Critical information should be checked against the original publisher.
4.Financial risk and responsibility
Trading and investing involve a risk of partial or total capital loss. Users remain solely responsible for their research, risk controls and financial decisions. Historical performance, positioning, sentiment or seasonality does not guarantee future results.
5.Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected content, evade plan controls, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, abuse third-party data rights or use NMT in violation of applicable law.
6.Intellectual property
The NMT source code, design, interface, original content, analyses and brand identity are protected. Access grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service. It does not grant a right to reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit protected material.
7.Suspension and termination
Nobody Market Terminal may suspend or terminate access following a breach of these terms, fraud, abuse, unauthorized automated access, security risk or attempted payment fraud. Account data is handled under the Privacy Policy and the applicable deletion and retention process.
8.Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by French law. Where legally permitted, disputes fall under the competent courts of Paris, France, after an attempt to resolve the matter amicably. Service questions can be sent to support@nobodymarketterminal.com.
