Data controller
Nobody Market Terminal is responsible for processing personal data used by the service. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@nobodymarketterminal.com.
Data we collect
The service may process the following categories of data: - Account data: email address, username and optional profile information - Security data: sign-in time, IP address, user agent and security events - Product data: dashboard preferences, alerts, notes and watchlists - Payment data: public Solana wallet address and public transaction signature - Browser storage: authentication, consent and interface preferences - Consent-based analytics: pseudonymous first-party events used to understand product usage
Why data is processed
Data is used to: - create, secure and administer an account - provide requested terminal features and notifications - send transactional account communications - understand consented product usage and improve reliability - prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access - meet applicable legal and accounting obligations
Legal bases
Processing may rely on: - performance of the service agreement - legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention and service reliability - consent for optional analytics or marketing communications - compliance with applicable legal obligations
Retention
Account and operational data are retained only for the period needed to provide the service, complete an account-deletion workflow, resolve disputes, protect the platform or meet applicable legal obligations. Analytics retention is controlled by the first-party analytics settings. Payment records may be retained where accounting law requires it.
Processors and disclosure
Personal data is not sold. It may be shared with service providers needed for secure hosting, transactional communications and platform operation, subject to their contractual role. Data may also be disclosed when legally required. Solana wallet addresses and transaction signatures are public blockchain data.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Send a request to privacy@nobodymarketterminal.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL or the competent data-protection authority in your country. Never send a password, token, private key or seed phrase by email.
Security
NMT applies access controls, protected communications, credential and session safeguards, optional two-factor authentication, encryption for designated sensitive data and audit logging for security-relevant actions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
